At Red Carpet Worthy we refer to artists that are enrolled for services as “Ambassadors.” We believe that artists represent an important aspect of life…creativity! There are ONLY THREE ways to become enrolled for services. The first is a direct online application through our website.  This means that you are:

-pursuing a career in the arts whether by providing documentation of regular audition attendance AND/OR
-enrolled in an accredited education program that is relevant to your goal in arts and entertainment
-low-income
-lack of permanent housing
-require tuition assistance
-have potential

The second means of enrollment is through an approved agency referral

(REFFERAL CONTENT: Name, agency, street, city, state, zip, contact number, extension. I would like to refer Name, DOB, Country of Origin, street, city, state, zip, phone, email)

CONGRATULATIONS!!! This means you have been scouted!  We believe that you have potential, and we are interested in helping you develop to a high level of success.   This means you are eligible for the many benefits that RCW offers to legitimate industries professionals.

Once in our 12 month program, Ambassadors are relocated to our Columbia, Maryland training center for six weeks of orientation and professional polishing.  This includes discussing career objectives, and preparing the ambassador to start working! Ambassadors will be enrolled in our RCW Healthcare Plan, which is good for the duration of time spent in the program. They will receive resume services, professional grooming and guidance, portfolio development, and training in one or more of the following areas: acting, modeling, runway, public speaking, screenwriting, filmmaking, etc.

*If you have been referred by an industry professional, then we will follow the development guidelines that they require for you.

At the end of the six week orientation, Ambassadors meet with the Agency and Ambassador                 Coordinators. During this meeting the Ambassadors will receive a market evaluation to see on which coast they would best prosper. At that time Ambassadors will be booked on an agency tour to meet with RCW approved agencies, in an effort to find representation.  Upon receiving representation, they will be booked on a rigorous tour as a RED CARPET AMBASSADOR.

It is at this time that RCW staff is confident that the Ambassador is ready to actively represent RCW and/or their agency on the red carpets of film festivals worldwide in a reporter type fashion. This serves as an introduction to the world of entertainment!

The third way to attain enrollment for our services is through direct referral through an RCW certified educational institution.  You should contact the career development center for more details.
