Meet Our Staff

Archer Sierra is Red Carpet Worthy’s Chair and CEO. Ms. Sierra brings seventeen years of experience in arts and entertainment.  This span includes acting, producing, news journalism, media direction, and talent management.  Her career began in 1992, as the producer assistant to Sid Smith (Miss Universe, Miss Teen USA, and Circus of the Stars), while she attended performing arts school.  Ultimately, she acquired her education in the areas of acting, film, journalism, and investigation. 

Additionally, she completed a successful internship with ABC News, and worked for them as an assignment editor, photographer, and journalist. Prior to founding RCW she served as a media director to a well-known international performing arts academy. Sierra continues to be a media consultant to ZH Studios in Beijing, China, where she counsels Asian based corporations on successfully marketing to the U.S. entertainment industry.  For public relations, interviews, marketing, sponsorship, program questions please contact Ms. Sierra.
